SEC. 27-47-9. Repealed.
Sections 27-47-1, 27-47-3, 27-47-5, 27-47-7, 27-47-9, 27-47-11, 27-47-13, 27-47-15, 27-47-17, 27-47-19, 27-47-21, 27-47-23, 27-47-25, 27-47-27, 27-47-29 and 27-47-31, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provide for the authority, procedure and requirements relating to the assignment of tax liens pertaining to property for which ad valorem taxes are owed, are repealed.
