SEC. 27-55-355. Apportionment of proceeds of tax.

Sections 27-55-301, 27-55-303, 27-55-305, 27-55-307, 27-55-309, 27-55-313, 27-55-315, 27-55-319, 27-55-323, 27-55-327, 27-55-329, 27-55-331, 27-55-335, 27-55-337, 27-55-339, 27-55-341, 27-55-343, 27-55-345, 27-55-347, 27-55-351, 27-55-355, 27-55-359 and 27-55-361, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provide for the taxation of other motor fuels, are repealed.
