SEC. 27-55-509. Penalties for actions without permit.

Any person engaging in business as a distributor of special fuel in this state without having the permit required by Section 4 of this act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment in the county jail for six (6) months or both.
