SEC. 27-59-317. Appeals of acts or orders of commission.
Any person aggrieved by any order or act of the commission in the administration of this article may appeal in the same manner and under the same conditions as provided for appeals from acts or orders of the commission pertaining to gasoline taxes in Section 27-55-41, Mississippi Code of 1972.
