SEC. 27-71-17. Penalty for counterfeiting or reuse of stamps.

It shall be unlawful for any person to counterfeit or reuse any stamp prescribed by the commission and used to identify alcoholic beverages sold at wholesale by the commission and, upon conviction, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for not less than one year, nor more than ten years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
