SEC. 27-71-19. Reports by manufacturers, wholesalers, and other suppliers; affixing of revenue identification stamps.
Every manufacturer or wholesaler or other supplier selling to the commission shall make such reports and shall affix revenue identification stamps to bottles or other containers as the commission shall require.
