SEC. 27-103-41. Copies of budget.
The commission shall have made a sufficient number of copies of the proposed budget in order that the data contained therein will be available to the members of the legislature for consideration, and to provide a copy for each state agency included in the budget proposal, and shall forward a copy to each member or member-elect of the legislature and to each state agency on or about December 15 of each year.
