SEC. 27-105-347. Penalty.

If any officer, treasurer, sheriff, tax collector, member of the board of supervisors, or other person charged with the enforcement of this article, shall at any time fail or refuse to perform any act required of him by this article, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than five thousand dollars.
