SEC. 27-107-143. State bond commission's authority.
The state bond commission is hereby authorized and empowered to utilize any of its statutory powers in carrying out its functions under sections 27-107-131 to 27-107-145 and in the repayment of principal and interest on indebtedness due the state treasury or any general fund agency or special fund agency.
