SEC. 27-107-163. Total expenditure of appropriated state funds.
The total authorized expenditure of state funds under the provisions of sections 27-107-153 to 27-107-167 from either an appropriation by the legislature or from funds borrowed by the commission under the provisions of section 27-107-165 shall not exceed an aggregate amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00).
