SEC. 27-107-185. Allocations to agencies with depleted funds; total expenditure of state funds.
The total authorized expenditure of state funds under the provisions of sections 27-107-169 to 27-107-189 from either an appropriation by the legislature or from funds borrowed under the provisions of section 27-107-187 shall not exceed an aggregate amount of three million dollars ($3,000,000.00).
