SEC. 31-7-309. Recovery of attorney's fees in action to collect interest penalty.
Whenever a vendor brings formal administrative or judicial action to collect interest due under Sections 31-7-301
through 31-7-317, the public body shall be required to pay any reasonable attorney's fees if the vendor prevails.
