SEC. 31-17-109. Sale of notes.
The notes herein authorized shall be sold from time to time by the commission as the needs for the proceeds
thereof may arise, which sale shall be made on such terms and in such manner as may be deemed by the
commission to be to the best interest of the state of Mississippi, except as herein otherwise provided.
