SEC. 37-7-337. Plan to encourage community involvement in schools.
The governing authorities of the county, counties or city in which a school district is located and the school board of each school district shall develop a five-year plan to encourage community involvement with the schools in such district. Such plan shall be filed with the State Department of Education on or before January 1, 1993.
