SEC. 37-7-437. Relationship of provisions with other laws.
It is the intent of the legislature that sections 37-7-431 to 37-7-435 shall authorize a new and different method of disposing of school lands in exchange for lands of equal value and shall not be construed to be in conflict with sections 37-7-451 to 37-7-457, sections 37-7-471 to 37-7-483, or sections 37-7-501 to 37-7- 511, which deal with sales of school property no longer needed for school purposes.
