SEC. 37-13-67. Length of scholastic month; length of school day.
Twenty days of actual teaching in which both teachers and pupils are in regular attendance for scheduled school work shall constitute a scholastic month. The number of hours of actual teaching which shall constitute a school day shall be determined and fixed by the board of trustees of the school district at not less than five hours nor more than eight hours.
