SEC. 37-23-157. Construction of provisions; cooperation of public agencies and institutions.
The provisions of sections 37-23-151 through 37-23-157 are remedial in nature and shall be liberally construed to accomplish the purposes set forth herein. The aid and assistance of all public agencies and institutions are hereby encouraged and enlisted.
