SEC. 37-29-39. Continuation of Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College District.
It is expressly provided that nothing in sections 37-29-1 to 37-29-273 shall be construed as affecting a junior college district heretofore established under authority of sections 37-29-401 to 37-29-437.
