SEC. 37-31-106. Manpower Development and Training Carryover Fund.
There is hereby created a special fund in the State Treasury to be designated as the "Manpower Development and Training Carryover Fund." Said fund shall be credited with any funds which were previously appropriated by the Legislature to the Industrial Training Program of the State Department of Education General Education Programs Budget for any year for which said funds were allocated for industry specific training but unexpended for such training. Said funds shall be deposited by the board into the Manpower Development and Training Carryover Fund to the credit of the industry specific training projects which were originally allocated such funds.
