SEC. 37-37-15. Use of reduced daily attendance figures.
When a reduction is made in the allocation of state minimum education program funds to any school district, as provided in Section 37-37-13, the State Department of Education shall use the reduced average daily attendance figures in arriving at the estimated cost of the program for the following scholastic year, and the salary of the superintendent and the allocation of state funds for administration shall be based upon such adjusted or reduced average daily attendance.
