SEC. 37-101-411. "Institutions of higher learning" defined.
As used in Sections 37-101-401 through 37-101-431 the term "Institutions of Higher Learning" shall be deemed to mean those institutions identified in Section 37-101-1 and Section 37-101-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, and the University Research Center.
