SEC. 37-101-423. Proceedings and conditions for issuance of bonds; bond issue resolution.
Such general obligation bonds may be issued without any other proceedings or the happening of any other conditions or things than those proceedings, conditions and things which are specified or required by Sections 37-101-401 through 37-101-431. Any resolution providing for the issuance of general obligation bonds under the provisions of Sections 37-101-401 through 37-101-431 shall become effective immediately upon its adoption by the State Bond Commission, and any such resolution may be adopted at any regular or special meeting of the State Bond Commission by a majority of its members.
