SEC. 37-101-431. Construction of provisions.
Sections 37-101-401 through 37-101-431 shall be deemed to be full and complete authority for the exercise of the powers herein granted, but Sections 37-101-401 through 37-101-431 shall not be deemed to repeal or be in derogation of any existing law of this state.
