SEC. 37-115-111. Lands and buildings for school; payment for construction cost; "School of Dentistry Fund."
The state building commission is authorized and directed to provide suitable land presently state owned or received as a gift, and buildings to house the school of dentistry; and payment for the construction costs of such buildings shall be made from any money made available to carry out the provisions of sections 37-115-101 to 37-115-111. Any funds appropriated or granted from any source shall be put into a fund in the office of the state treasurer to be designated as the "School of Dentistry Fund."
