SEC. 37-129-3. School of nursing established in University of Mississippi unaffected by Secs. 37-129-1 and 37-129-3.
No provision of this section and section 37-129-1 shall apply to or in any wise affect the school of nursing heretofore established in the University of Mississippi pursuant to section 37-115-51, and no provision of this section and section 37-129-1 shall apply to or affect the scholarship program for advanced study in nursing established under sections 37-129-5 to 37-129-13.
