SEC. 37-149-5. Repeal of chapter.

This chapter shall stand repealed from and after June 30, 1997.

1997 Amendment:

 SECTION 1. Section 37-149-5, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides an automatic repealer on those statutes which establish the Mississippi Teacher Center in the State Department of Education, is hereby repealed.
