SEC. 37-151-57. Sections 37-151-27 through 37-151-61 full authority; effect on other provisions.
Sections 37-151-27 through 37-151-61 shall be deemed to be full and complete authority for the exercise of the powers granted, but Section 37-151-27 through 37-151-61 shall not be deemed to repeal or to be in derogation of any existing law of this state.
