SEC. 37-151-89. Salary payments from other funds.
The minimum base pay for all classroom teachers may be increased by the district from any funds available to it; and those districts which have not prior to July 1, 1978, so increased said base pay, shall increase the minimum base pay for classroom teachers as fixed by this act and as authorized by any of the provisions of or standards set forth in this act.
