SEC.  39-19-13. [Escheat to state prohibited.]
 
1) Property on loan to a museum shall not escheat to the state under any state escheat law, but shall pass to the museum under the provisions of Section 6 of this act.

 (2) Property interests other than those specifically addressed in this act are not affected by this act.
