SEC. 41-3-20. Repeal of Secs. 41-3-1 through 41-3-19.
Sections 41-3-1 through 41-3-19, which create the State Board of Health and the State Department of Health and prescribe their powers and duties, shall stand repealed on June 30, 2002.
