SEC. 41-7-95. Moneys exempted; certain sections not repealed.
All moneys collected under the provisions of section 11-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, shall be exempted from the provisions of sections 41-7-71 to 41-7-95.
Nothing in sections 41-7-71 to 41-7-95 shall be construed as repealing sections 85-3-17, 85-3-19.
