SEC. 41-17-7. Officers and others exempt from jury service.
The resident officers of the State Insane Hospital at Whitfield and the East Mississippi Insane Hospital at Meridian, and all attendants and assistants actually employed therein, during the term of such employment, shall be exempt from serving on juries.
