SEC. 41-19-109. Director may sell agricultural and manufactured products.

The director of the Ellisville State School shall have power to sell any and all products of the farm with its diversified activities, and any and all products of the work of the inmates, when such products are not clearly needed for use in the school itself. The proceeds from such sales the director may use in any way he and the board of trustees may see fit for the purchase of necessary supplies and equipment for the institution. All such sales and the funds accruing therefrom shall be itemized in each annual and biennial report as additions to the revenue for the fiscal year in which they are received.
