SEC. 41-19-119. Board of trustees to accept gifts.
The board of trustees of mental institutions is hereby empowered to receive or accept gifts or donations of land, of money, and of any sort whatsoever, for the benefit of the Ellisville State School, and the board of trustees shall, in its discretion, accept such gifts for carrying out the purposes for which the Ellisville State School is established.
