SEC. 41-27-105. Members; vacancy.
There shall be three members of the county mosquito control commission composed of the county agricultural extension agent, the county health officer and a rice producer. The county agricultural extension agent and the county health officer shall serve as permanent members by virtue of their office. The rice producer shall be appointed for a term of three years. The board of supervisors shall have power to fill the vacancy caused by resignation or otherwise of the rice producer.
