SEC. 41-27-125. Criminal penalty.

Anyone willfully refusing to comply with this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or be imprisoned in the county jail not less than fifteen days, nor more than ninety days, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
