SEC. 41-29-133. Records and inventories.
Persons registered to manufacture, distribute, or dispense controlled substances under this article shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the record-keeping and inventory requirements of federal law and with any additional rules that the State Board of Pharmacy, State Board of Medical Licensure, State Board of Dental Examiners or State Board of Optometry may issue.
