SEC. 41-29-183. Procedure for disposition of seized property; exclusiveness of remedy.
The forfeiture procedure set forth in sections 41-29-177 to 41-29-181 is the sole remedy of any claimant, and no court shall have jurisdiction to interfere therewith by replevin, injunction, supersedeas or in any other manner.
