SEC. 41-39-49. Application to gifts intended to be made during donor's lifetime.
The provisions of sections 41-39-31 to 41-39-51 shall not apply to gifts of parts of the body when said gifts are made during the lifetime of the donor with the intention that said part of the body be delivered to the donee during the lifetime of the donor.
