SEC. 41-41-157. Substantial compliance with Sections 41-41-151 through 41-41-183 required.
A durable power of attorney for health care executed after passage of Sections 41-41-151 through 41-41-183 is effective to authorize the attorney in fact to make health care decisions for the principal only if the power of attorney substantially complies with the provisions stated herein.
