SEC. 41-41-181. Requirement that patient execute durable power of attorney for health care prohibited.
A health care provider, health care service plan, insurer, self-insured employee welfare benefit plan or nonprofit hospital plan may not condition admission to a facility or the providing of treatment or insurance on the requirement that a patient execute a durable power of attorney for health care.
