SEC. 41-57-47. Certificates of registrar to be prima facie evidence.
Any copy of the records of marriages, when properly certified to by the State Registrar of Vital Statistics, to be a true copy thereof, shall be taken and received as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated in all courts of this state. For any such certified copy, the applicant shall pay such fee for transactions to the Bureau of Vital Statistics, which said fees shall be paid into the State Treasury within sixty (60) days from the receipt thereof.
