SEC. 41-71-5. Application for license; fee.
An application for a license shall be made to the licensing agency upon forms provided by the agency which shall seek such information as the agency shall require. A license fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), payable to the licensing agency, shall be submitted with each application.
