SEC. 43-13-137. Division to comply with Administrative Procedure Law.
Insofar as the provisions of this article are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, general, special or local, the provisions of this article shall be controlling, including, without limitation, the provisions of sections 25-43-1 through 25-43-19, Mississippi Code of 1972.
