SEC. 43-19-57. [Subpoena - Department of Human Services.]

(1) Any administrative subpoena issued by the Department of Human Services pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be directed to the appropriate party or entity and signed by the Director of the Department of Human Services or his designee.

 (2) A person wishing to appeal the issuance of an administrative subpoena shall have recourse to the chancery courts as for any subpoena.
