SEC. 43-33-797. Article gives complete authority; effect on other laws.
The provisions of Secs. 43-33-767 through 43-33-797 shall be deemed to be full and complete authority for the exercise of the powers herein granted, but Secs. 43-33-767 through 43-33-797 shall not be deemed to repeal or to be in derogation of any existing law of this state.
