SEC. 45-11-89. Penalties.
Whoever violates the provisions of sections 45-11-81 to 45-11-89 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or to imprisonment of not more than six (6) months, or both.
