SEC. 45-19-59. Attorney general to proceed to dissolve subversive groups.
The attorney general shall proceed by injunction or otherwise to dissolve any organization or association described in section 45-19-51 or a subdivision or subordinate chapter, unit, or other branch thereof violating the provisions of sections 45-19-51 to 45-19-65 and to prevent any meeting of the officers and members thereof.
