SEC. 45-31-7. Authorizing agency; authorization to disseminate information; employment of personnel; reciprocal exchange of information with other states.

Sections 45-31-1, 45-31-3, 45-31-5, 45-31-7, 45-31-9, 45-31-11, 45-31-13, 45-31-15, 45-31-17 and 45-31-19, Mississippi Code of 1972, which are the Sex Offense Criminal History Record Information Act, are hereby repealed.
