SEC. 45-35-1. Definitions.
For the purposes of this chapter the following words shall have the meanings herein ascribed unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
(a) "Department" means the Department of Public Safety;
(b) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Public Safety; and
(c) "Identification card" means a card issued under the provisions of this chapter by the Department of Public Safety.
